Homelessness information and services relevant to Croydon

Homeless people/rough sleepers may not be able to go online, so listing here is phone numbers. (There are links here, in bold). Helplines will be very busy. Only Shelter has a free emergency helpline for information.

Unfortunately, Streetlink is the only service for reporting a rough sleeper. The number to do that 0300 500 0914. That is also the number for homeless people to refer themselves.

Nightwatch provides food and advice 9.30pm in Queen’s Gardens.

Crisis Croydon services and advice 0203 848 1700.

Thames Reach (London)only responds to Streetlink referrals. Have hostels in London.
